EVRC-C or EVRC-WB (Speech Service Option 70) is a source codec. EVRC-C is the same codec as EVRC-B with a wideband extension. EVRC-C supports two operating points of EVRC-B (4 and 8.3 kbps) and a new wideband operating point at 7.5 kbps.
