EVRC-E or EVRC-NW2K (Speech Service Option 77) is the same codec as EVRC-D. EVRC-E has modified operating points and a new 2K bps rate. EVRC-E supports EVRC-B, EVRC-C (EVRC-WB) and EVRC-D (EVRC-NW).
